1. How do I change my password?
Once you log in, go to the “Settings” tab of your profile “Home” page. Next, click “account”. You can change your password there.
2. How do I add pictures to my account?
Go to media>Create Album. Name the album and hit Add Album. Next click Upload Photos and click on the album you created. Select Browse for your pic and hit add photo. The photo should then appear in the album.
3. What if there are no compatible profiles in my area for me to view?
Be patient. We are growing at steady pace, but it is going to take a while to get the numbers to where they need to be. Hang with us in the meantime. We have to spread the word through a variety of advertisements and getting our brand out there. We only want legitimate Jam Band fan profiles, unlike other dating sites that have thousands of fake profiles.
5. How do I view all profiles of what gender I am searching for regardless of age, city or state?
To search everyone you may have an interest in, go to the “search” tab at the top of your profile page and fill out the “I Am”, the “Seeking A” then simply hit “submit” at the bottom. All profiles will then appear.
7. How do I deactivate my account?
E-mail us at email@example.com and we will be happy to deactivate it for you.
8. Do I have to pay use to use GratefulDates?
Members can create a profile and view other profiles at NO COST. If a member decides they want to communicate with other members, the charge is just $4.99 for a month of unlimited messaging with no recurring monthly charges.
9. What if my picture is uploading sideways or upside down?
Chances are you are uploading it improperly from a hand held device. Try sending the picture to your e-mail address, saving it in the proper rotation from a laptop or PC and then uploading it that way.
Information we collect about you
In General. We may collect information that can identify you such as your name and email address (“personal information”) and other information that does not identify you. We may collect this information through a website or a mobile application. When you provide personal information through our website, the information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world.
